What is WeCare?
WeCare is our versatile maintenance solution, adapted to your needs. As the name suggests, we will take care of your machines. We take responsibility for the entire schedule of maintenance work - from planning to execution. Your machine will be professionally maintained by us according to the instruction manual. We have an active approach to fleet management.
Extended guarantee
We have trust in our maintenance service. This is why we extend the guarantee on your Wacker Neuson products upon completion of the WeCare service agreement – free of charge!
Our WeCare package includes:
- Free guarantee extension to 2000 mth or 24 months (depending on which occurs first)
- Free access to the EquipCare service for a period of 36 months
- A personal account manager who monitors the maintenance schedule and the technical condition of machines.
- Predictable costs of service
Warranty
It is possible to extend the manufacturer’s warranty to 60 months or 5000 motor hours.
EquipCare - give your machines a voice
In the past, communication between man and machine was limited to several “phrases”. But a more detailed “conversation” would be much more useful and could save time. Imagine that your machines automatically provide you with information like: Where is the large telescopic handler? Does the wheel loader have excessively long standstills? Will the excavator require maintenance soon?
All of this is now possible thanks to EquipCare. The fleet management solution developed by Wacker Neuson offers full transparency. Thanks to EquipCare, machines automatically inform the user of, among other things: the need to perform maintenance, low oil level, failure, departure from the designated zone, etc. - in real time, on smartphones or computers.
